1. About these terms
These terms apply to the ClubRise website, game servers and related community features. Please read them before using the service, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must meet the age and consent requirements that apply where you live. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must give the permission required by applicable law.
2. Your account
Use an account you are authorized to access, keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate account information. Do not impersonate another person, access another player's account or use someone else's credentials without permission.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Different game servers may have separate club ownership, progress and game balances; selecting a different server does not transfer those assets.
3. Game progress and Rise (CR)
ClubRise is a simulation. Clubs, generated players, matches, items and Rise (CR) are part of its virtual gameplay. They do not give you ownership of real football clubs, players or financial assets, and do not imply endorsement by a real person or organization.
Rise (CR) is an in-game unit, not legal tender or an investment. ClubRise does not offer redemption of CR for cash. Transfers, auctions, rewards and upgrades follow the rules shown in the game. Balances, rankings and outcomes are not guaranteed to retain a particular value or result.
4. Fair play and acceptable use
Do not exploit bugs, manipulate transfers or auctions, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, use unauthorized automation or attempt to obtain another player's private information. Built-in automation and AI features remain subject to their displayed rules and limits.
Do not post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive or infringing content, expose another person's private information, or use the community for spam. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support rather than exploiting or publicly exposing them.
5. Content you contribute
You retain your rights in content you submit and must have the permissions needed to share it. You give Eggflow, LLC. a non-exclusive permission to host, store, display and moderate that content as needed to operate ClubRise and its community.
Community posts, comments and player-facing profile information may be visible to other players. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, rights complaints or legal requirements. You may contact support to ask for a review.
6. AI features
AI scouting, assistance, analysis and generated news may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are gameplay aids and do not guarantee match results, player development or commercial outcomes. Review suggested actions before applying them and do not enter passwords or sensitive personal information in AI prompts.
7. Service content and intellectual property
The service, software, artwork, branding and other materials are protected by the rights of Eggflow, LLC. or their respective owners and licensors. You may use the service for its intended gameplay purposes. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials or permit unauthorized copying, distribution or commercial exploitation.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid management plans are billed monthly in the currency and at the price shown before checkout. Taxes and the next renewal date appear at checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes payments as merchant of record. Rise (CR) acquisition costs are separate from subscription fees and are never converted into cash.
You can manage or cancel automatic renewal from Billing. Cancellation preserves access for the paid period. Division changes do not create retrospective charges; a higher price requires acceptance before it is charged. Existing players retain the current season during the billing pilot. Contact support@clubrise.pro about refunds or a payment that did not deliver the purchased access; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Availability, updates and enforcement
We may maintain, update or rebalance the game, correct errors and change features or server availability. Interruptions, technical faults and changes to gameplay can affect progress. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular sporting outcome.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse or comply with law. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support for review, unless doing so would compromise security or legal obligations.
9. Responsibility and your legal rights
Use the service with reasonable care and keep your devices and account secure. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. Any disagreement can first be raised with support; this does not restrict remedies available under applicable law.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate service notice; any consent required by applicable law will be sought separately.
